With the blessing of the Buddha, 49 members participated in an Intensive Lotus Sutra Seminar held at Rissho Kosei-kai Dhamma Foundation (RKDF) in Sri Lanka, February 23-26. Thanks to these lecturers, the seminar was went very smoothly and was greatly fruitful for the participants.

The participants were able to realize and enjoy the real value of the Lotus Sutra due to the thorough explanations. In addition to the lectures, they also enjoyed interacting with each other and sharing their joy and thankfulness through hoza and other programs.

By the end of the seminar, participants were able to gain an overview of the Lotus Sutra. They also noted that they learned the importance of respecting others' Buddha natures, embracing others' lives and having compassion for all living beings. At the closing ceremony, they each received a kyoden, with the signatures of the lecturers written on the cover page, and vowed to practice the teachings in their daily lives.
